Le lieu a beau être très jolie cela ne fait pas tout. Ma femme et moi-même sommes tous deux aide-soignant et nous trouvons que la qualité des soins laisse franchement à désirer. Je suis de Rouen. Chaque année, quand je viens en vacances, je rends visite à ma grand-mère. À chaque fois que je suis venu, depuis qu'elle est à l'Ehpad, je l'ai retrouvé dans les urines. J'en ai fait part à chacun de mes passages à l'aide soignante qui était présente. À mon dernier passage, j'ai précisé que j'étais aide-soignant également et que je ne comprenais pas pourquoi tous les jours à la même heure ma grand-mère était dans les urines et qu'elle passait tout le repas ainsi. Elle m'a répondu :"vous savez bien comment ça se passe, on ne peut pas être derrière tous les patients et leur sentir les fesses pour savoir si ils ont fait dans leur couche". Je ne suis pas sûr que ce genre de réponse soit très adapté envers une famille. Et d'une manière générale, ce n'est pas un discours professionnel... Tant que la direction fera la sourde oreille devant la doléance des familles, les patients souffriront d'une prise en charge négligée et inadapté.

Ma grand mère y est depuis trois ans presque. Pendant le covid toute l'équipe a été super ! le directeur et le médecin ont bien organisé le confinement : ils ont pris les bonnes décisions et aucun malade n'a été trouvé. Tout le personnel s'est plié en 4 pour que les résidents ne souffrent par trot du confinement. Ma grand mère a été un peu triste dans la chambre mais on a put la voir avec skype sur la tablette de l'animatrice. les visites ont reprit et tout le monde fait encore trés attention. il faut prendre des précautions et le directeur surveille. les filles sont toujours souriantes alors que ses pas facile. les chambres et le couloirs sont propres et ca sent pas mauvais comme dans des vieilles maisons de retraite. Ma grand mère dit que les repas sont bons et les assiettes bien garnies. C'est bien meilleur qu'a l'hopital. On a pu le voir nous même la fois où j'ai mangé avec elle dans une petite pièce a par au calme (avant le confinement)

Il y a quelques années en arrière j aurais recommandé cet établissement. Malheureusement, une partie du personnel actuel ne fait preuve d aucune patience avec les personnes âgées. Ce serait bien que le directeur de cette structure et son personnel se souvienne que la perte d autonomie est une etape de la vie tres difficile peu importe m age, l origine, les moyens... et surtout j espère qu ils n auront jamais à etre traités comme ils peuvent traîter leurs locataires actuels...
Il serait surement judicieux de suivre quelques formations et d embaucher un vrai geriatre... A minima...

Le personnel s'occupe merveilleusement bien des résidents !
