J’ai fait mon stage de troisième ici et le personnel est très agréable il prend le temps de nous aider et est pareil avec les résidents de plus les locaux sont très chaleureux et récent de plus il y a beaucoup d’animation ce qui est un vrai plus en bref cette établissement est très agréable qui ce soit pour les résidents leurs familles ou les personnes voulant faire un stage ici.

Résidence idéale si votre parent a les moyens financiers, est autonome et a encore toute sa tête. Le cadre est beau et l'équipe attentionnée et sympathique, rien à redire de ce côté là. Les deux étoiles sont justifiées par la facture à la sortie. Sachez que lorsque vous acceptez un devis de service d'aide à la personne, il est inscrit que celui est calculé au réel, pour un mois. Attention, il est écrit en tout petit, tout en dessous "durée d'engagement indéterminée", ce qui veut dire que si n'envoyez pas une demande de résiliation, il sera reconduit, ce qui n'est absolument pas expliqué lorsque vous mettez ce service en place pour un mois. D'autre part, le service "appel médaillon" est soit disant inclus dans le loyer, sachez que si votre proche, en détresse et n'ayant plus toute sa tête appuie trop souvent dessus pour des raisons qui ne sont pas jugées urgentes par le personnel, en bien ces appels vous seront également facturés ! A bon entendeur !

My husband , Salvador Garcia, a patient in your facility. Please know that we were VERY satisfied with the care you ALL gave him. We felt very welcomed and never met a stranger. Everyone was very professional, caring and compassionate. We recommend everyone who needs rehab to consider this facility .
You are a 5 🌟 facility in our eyes. Thank you to Hector, Felicity, all the medical staff. We miss seeing everyone's smiling faces. Words come short of expressing all that you all did to help mt husband get well. May THE LORD bless each and everyone . 🙏💖

I have been to this facility in Round Rock twice. Both times I received excellent care and everyone was friendly knowledgeable and made sure I did my exercises and stick to the diet. I would highly recommend this facility to any of my friends or family that needed any form of rehabilitation. I read all these negative comments and simply do not agree with them. I’ve enjoyed the facility so much that I think about just going by visiting them and saying hi. If they read this ‘Hi’ and thank you for taking such good care of me

My husband stayed there on two separate occasions. This place is exceptional to say the least. Everyone was helpful and I rested assured that while my husband was there he was totally cared for. Communication was great and service was amazing from the nurses to the therapist to everyone in between. The place is clean and very accommodating. They were very well versed in Parkinson's. Great job Encompass!

My mom was at Encompass for two weeks. Our biggest problem was that they didn't follow through with what they told us. For example that they would help with video calls.. This never was offered. They barely had time to help her with phone calls. We couldn't get updates from the nurses about how she was doing. You call the nurses station and the phone just rings. She seemed to regressed while she was there. They let her decide if she would participate or not so she didn't. The last day she was there she had slid down in her wheelchair. If we hadn't come when we did she probably would have fallen. We have her somewhere else now where we hope she'll get better.

Hello to all readers. I had to spend three plus weeks in this facility for extensive physical and occupational rehabilitation. I arrived from inpatient at a hospital after a extensive stay and was not able to do many things. Simple things like getting out of bed and using a bedside cam ode where a challenge to say the least. During my stay I was treated like a part of the team. At no point was I made to feel like a bother or rushed in any aspect of my stay. The bedrooms where nicely laid out and the beds where very comfortable. The food service was very accommodating, always had a smile when they delivered my complicated meals, due to my illness I was only keeping cottage cheese with fruit and soup down. After a few requests they just starting add it to my service, super nice. To the main focus, PT/OT. I had the pleasure of having Dani and Fran a my lead therapist. From day one I was always encouraged to do things and perform in a way I didn’t think was possible. I have had therapy before but these two are exceptional at their profession. If you have a need for therapy, choose this facility and make sure you ask for their “A” tes. In tmy herald, Dani and Fran.

Upon the initial visit, it appeared to be a nice facility but that's just for appearances only. This is fair warning.
Terrible place. Terrible attitude, terrible care and service. Some of the staff are sort of nice, the other's are not and they do tell multiple lies. Lacking in staff and need more nurses, cnas and respiratory therapists.
They discharge patients before they are ready and definitely charge top dollar.

My husband Rehabilitation was put into high gear by the great staff and Facilities at compass have you been to many other hospital and rehabs 30 + years of dealing with back pain this was by far as best experience

Encompass treated my Dad Jeff Bailey AMAZING! We brought thanksgiving to him and they were accommodating and friendly! I can’t say enough about the staff they are the real MVPs. Highly recommended

I was a patient for 10 days following an accident when I was struck by a pickup while on my bicycle. Overall my experience was pretty good, the therapists especially were outstanding. I was able to make huge strides in my recovery and go home independent to recover. In less than a week they had me improved from walking about 5 feet to walking 200, I was able to go to the bathroom without assistance, transfer to and from bed on my own, and able to dress myself. I was under the care of Dr. Vela and he is fantastic, very caring, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner. The wound care nurse, Gerry, is funny, really knows what he is doing, and was helpful. I knock one star off for a few things with the nurses and assistants. First I am in a TLSO brace for a fracture in my back but many of the nurses and assistants we had to tell how to put it on and tell them what spine precautions I was to be following. It was very stressful when you have that level of injury to be the one telling some of the staff how to handle it at a Rehabilitation Hospital. I was able to voice this to their Quality Care manager and hopefully it is something that will be improved on, other than that I felt the nurses were very kind and provided good care. Second they don't assign the same nurse regularly, the nurse would be working but sometimes on another floor it was hard to have a new nurse many shifts and have to explain my condition again. Third they seem a bit unorganized at times, for example on shower day they would either come in at lunch because someone was finally free or it would happen late at night. I am a very schedule oriented person so it was frustrating, I understand hospitals have things out of their control but it happened every time. Anytime you called it was an assistant who came in, if you needed a nurse sometimes it would be 20-30 minutes before one was available, since I was in a lot of pain and when I needed a nurse it was to administer my pain medication it was an unpleasant experience. I was not a fan of the food most days but I also had a very poor appetite due to pain killers so nothing was really tasting good. Note the majority of the rooms have west facing windows and it gets HOT, I was lucky to have a fan because anytime I got hot I would be likely to throw up. This is not a place I wanted to spend 10 days but I was happy with the quality of care and would recommend it, anything I found concerning I was able to tell someone and hopefully it would be looked at.

Do not come here. They mistreat, harass and discriminate their CNAs. Sometimes they make one CNA to attend to a whole floor of 25 patients. Due to this understaffing and harassment of CNAs, the patients do not get proper care for days. Only patients that have families present daily are being attended to.
There are staff that used to work there are suing the company for discrimination and harassment and a complaint for understaffing has been filed to OSHA and Texas Health Board.

If I could put 0 stars I would.
They are negligent Mornons, they caused INFECTIONS and BEDSORES where they were not moving my grandmother. They over drugged her to where she was not able to comprehend anything! Were giving her random meds she didnt need . And when asked about everything it was lies And excuses! And none of the case workers would talk to us! More excuses. She left in far worse shape then when she got there! They will be getting sued!

First time in a rehabilitation facility. Excellent care and therapy received. Food was delicious. Had best case manager (Maria B.) who went above and beyond in accommodating me.

Our first and only experience with this facility was recent when my mother in law fell and was sent here for post surgical recuperation. Mother in law said her meals were good. Nursing staff and rehab staff were nice, helpful. Our only issues was that we had to juggle laundry duty, we were not told nor was it listed anywhere on their website that family must do laundry for her, as that was one service they didn't provide ( which she found out and told us when she ran out of clothing). Required some juggling on our part ( we both work out of town and are gone from home 12-14 a day), the second and even more important issue that followed her after she left was they had called her by a totally different first name in her chart and documents. I addressed it immediately and was assured it had been corrected. When she was moved to another facility closer to her home, they sent her transfer paperwork and chart with the same wrong name. I can't tell you how concerned my husband and I were about how it can/ would affect insurance and her recuperation treatments.

I was on 2nd floor. Everyone there was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. The food was amazing (except the spinach..
it was gross both times I had it). I was told to expect to be there 2 to 3 weeks. After 8 days I got to go home. The therapist Fran and Daniel are so amazing. So many favorites I can't even name them all. I almost felt like I was on vacation the way they all treated me. I cried the day I left because I was gonna miss everyone!

I have no experience right now to give this place, however I am a nurse and I have a family member that has been put there so we shall see how it goes. I know one thing for sure. Most of these places the nurses are short staffed and over worked so don't blame them all the time.. trust me I will make visits and keep an eye out and if my review goes south I will let them and the public know. If they go North I will also be the one to give good reviews...
People do not have to leave your families in a place that they are not cared for. You have to read reviews and as I am not happy with this place having more than a 3, I know from my own business how some people are. I will do a three and monitor from here. Care for your family because MOST people don't...

My dad was admitted for rahab due to a fall.... Not sure were to start with this place.... Medical staff are clueless.... always pre-occupied with their cell phones.... Patient calls go unanswered for 10 to 30 minutes... Good luck if they need help to go to the bathroom....... You have to be on top of them to make sure things are getting done and done right.... Fortunately having a physician in the family we know what to do... Feel sorry for the ones who have no one to look after them..... Find another place

This place is horrible half of the nurses on level 3 need to be fired or have their licenses revoked especially the old white man with the beard. If you want to hear your family get insulted or even hear them insult other patients and receive no help this place will do just that. If you want good treatment you need to stay with your family. The PT team is amazing the lady who helped my family was amazing and was more helpful than the nurses. Whoever runs this place needs to look at their staff and listen to what the families and patients have to say about the true treatment they got.

I don't even know where to start. My mom was put into rehab here after a major set back from her back surgery. This place has been top notch on her care since she has been here. The staff has been so professional and caring toward my mom. I could not ask for better care . They arranged her to be picked up from the hospital and taken to the rehab center , they also took her to her Dr appointment and brought her back. This place you can feel as soon as you walk in the doors that they truly care how the patient and family are feeling through this tough time. I was so nervous about putting my mom into a rehab center, but every staff member on her case made me feel at ease that she was going to get the best care that they possibly could give. I was able to leave my mom there and go back to work with satisfaction she was very well taken care of. So if you are looking for a rehab center for your friends or love ones please come see the staff at encompass you will not regret it.

These people have no clue what they are doing my mother has a sign in her room stating not to leave her unattended because she had a total hip replacement and they just put her in a wheel chair and push her in the room to do physical therapy and leave her there without even helping her up. Disgusting.

I was assisting my client that is your patient. I would like you to give Pamela, and Marilyn.. a good review. I was there 12 hours and watched them work very hard. They are Techs on the first floor. We saw Pamela more.... she must have been our Tech. Also, when i first came in Nurse Jennifer greeted me and was very nice. When i was about to leave, Kecia was very nice too. DO NOT if you can help it, admit anyone into this hospital. Case nurses and doctors are not on the same page and each have their on stories. Floor nurses are caught in the middle and do not get any support from the admin. Really sad.

Here with my mom.....
this is the worst place to stay. Left Cornerstone Rehab that too was a nightmare had to move in with my mom to make sure that they were looking after her properly. As soon as I wasn't around they stopped doing their job. They did not give my mom a bath in 3 days had to complain but that did not help my sister had to call the director of the facility to complain also. I'm taking my mom home all these places care about is getting you in to get paid once in they and their staff neglect your loved ones treating them like garbage. They are supposed to check every hour but my mom was left for hours alone by herself. If I could give them a negative 0 I would.

My husband was there for 3 days and on the 3rd day he started having stroke like symptoms at 3 in the afternoon. The nurse called the Dr and he said it was normal so the nurse gave him pain meds. My husband fell asleep for a few hours then at 10 that night his whole left side went down. I again called the nurse and she just gave him pain meds. I at that point had enough and went to the nurse station and finally got the attention of someone that wasn't worried about eating and got help. My husband was sent to the ER by ambulance and he's now been in another hospital for a week. Thankfully it wasn't a stroke or he could not be here because they were negligent towards his symptoms. Also if you have elderly family there I would really look at moving them because on multiple occasions you would hear nurses yelling at them and I can't see how that is doing any good at all.

A special shout out to Phoung RN, Maggie, RN, Bill PT/OT and Olga for going out of tneir way to be protective and genuine.
They helped me stay focused so that I could regain my strength and health to get hpme quicker.

Very rude nurses! Unprofessional when answering the phones "Hey what's up, can I help you?" Is that how you were trained? My grandma asked her nurse if the nurse could warm up her food because it was cold the nurse gave her attitude.
Really should have looked at the reviews before my grandma was admitted here! All these nurse really need to go through training again!

My wife Sharone was admitted in April 2017 with a broken left hip. She received very good care. Noted is the therapist callie,
who is very good and professional.. also the nurse ugonma. who is caring and knowledgeable about her profession. The respiratory therapist Ron spell was also very professional and friendly. Dr.
Vela was outstanding . Food was also fairly good with snacks available.

After my hip replacement all I wanted to do was go home however I was lucky to have the opportunity to go to rehab at this facility. As an older person living alone I know now should I had not gone to rehab my recovery would have not been as successful. I was surrounded by professional who have been trained to get their patients back to as normal as they can be. Yes it was a challenge however but in no way I felt anything other than a true wish from the staff that we would win in my recovery to go home and be the best I could be. Love to the staff for putting up with me and their encouragement was amazing.!!!

Am proud to say I have worked alongside some amazing therapists and other health providers for the past 9 years here. Had my own mom here as a patient, but very few staff knew she was an employee's family member. She felt respected and helped by everyone she encounteted. She was reluctant to go to rehab at first, but soon realized how much training and guidance she really did need from the doctors, nurses and therapists.

Way below standard. Nursing care was very bad. I will never put my family in here again. Worst care I have ever seen in my life!

I am impressed with the quality of service I have received. The nurses are very nice and very quick to help, the physical therapist is really nice and laid back, and my occupational therapist is commendable. Having broke every bone in my face, 4 ribs, my right hand, and my right foot in 5 places, the negative reviews here scared me. But after being here I am very impressed. I require a lot of attention for medications but also eye fracture and cleaning my right hand and they've done great. 5 stars easily. Special shoutout to RN Clifton, CNA Eboni, and PA Nan!

The problem began at intake, the nurse didn't take time to issue my husband a hospital bracelet, have him sign permission to treat paperwork, go over medications, and take medical history. So, the next thing he knew he was being given the wrong medications. Thankfully, he knows all of his medications and questioned the nurse only to be treated rudely. He also complained about the call button not being answered, the occupational therapist being extremely rude, and in general, not being treated as an adult. He checked himself out and I brought him home.
Some reviews mention lack of staff; however, there always seemed to be nurses sitting at the nurses station.
My husband was in this same facility two years ago and received good care. He is a very smart, charismatic man who normally receives excellent care.
I contacted Kelly Neighbors who is in marketing with Health South. She came to the hospital and enrolled him both times he has been to this facility. She assured us someone would contact us; it's been a week, no one called.

My dad was a recent patient at Health
South in Round Rock. I am an RN in the community, not affiliated with Health
South, and I highly recommend this facility. From the receptionists, physical therapists, nursing staff, and physicians, my dad received the very best of care. Even the environmental facilities staff treated him with the utmost care and respect. If you and your family are considering a rehabilitation facility, I urge you to go to Health
South- you'll be amazed at the care you receive. You helped my dad in so many ways and we are forever grateful for the care he received. Thank you Health

Someone needs to contact the Board of Health regarding this institution. My father has had horrible treatment in this Rehabilitation Center. I have to agree with the other posts, this facility is way below standard. On day one we met our case worker and she pulled off a great meeting, now we can not get her to respond to us, she told us she would see my father every day - he has been in for over a week - he has seen her 2 times. He lays in bloody sheets, doesn't get his pain medicine unless he asks for it, the PT technician told me dad yesterday - that he is not sure what they are suppose to be working towards, the TV didn't work for over two days. There are a few people trying to do their job but some of the nurses are the rudest people I have met in a hospital.
I wished I could put some of these employees in a bed, with dirty sheets, no TV and in excruciating pain and see how they feel.
I plan on calling Administration today - but from the looks of the reviews - they are well aware of what is taking place and don't seem to care.
I would be very careful sending any loved one to Health South!!!

I would not send even my worst enemy to this place my mother had a hip replacement and was told by some of her friends that Reliant was excellent .. well this IS NOT RELIANT .. its HEALTHSOUTH ..
or HELL SOUTH .. my mother was transferred from Seton to this place and they let her sit alone on the side of the bed for upwards of 20 min .. as a fall risk this is not a good thing. Then her nurse came in with a cover on her mouth due to she has a COLD. really?? around people that are fresh out of the hospital .. then the other helper yanked her up off the commode and hurt her again . then while aiding her into bed wrenched her newly operated on hip around and hurt it again .. we then called 911 to come get her to take her back to hospital ... . DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT INTO THIS PLACE..
all the people are sitting in wheel chairs watching tv, dining trays everywhere still at 10:30 at night? they had no idea why she was there and their only concern was getting the TV working and her in a wheelchair.... its just a glorified nursing home and a bad one at that... Look at Central TX rehab on 45th .. its a spa .. they have nurses coming in every hour , beautiful rooms with the most up to date equipment . a full gym as well as a pool with a lift and the staff is excellent and very helpful.. there is no smell and the dining trays are picked up daily .

I was there several years ago. The treatment there was below standard. Poor attitude by nurses and personnel specially night shifts. I don't know if because I had been a nurse for many years I expected higher standard . I had a serious back surgery and the care was very risky for a surgery as delicate as that one. As soon as I was able I requested to go home.

Staying here less than 24 hrs. was a shocking experience for me. I was transferred to In-house therapy for fractured hip. I was so upset from my brief stay in my room that I couldn't sleep all night, fearful for my safety. My "attendant" was very rude/hateful to me, I had to ask for every necessity that I needed. And grudgingly received. My room was off by itself. Since I arrived late in the afternoon, I had no idea where I was in relation to other patients rooms and became fearful for my safety. Hearing loud noises and voices from some place was the FINAL STRAW. I was terrified. I had bad vibes from the beginning and they kept building up.
I won't go into all the details. No need to. Others have voiced these complaints.
I was shaking and crying when I called my husband early morning asking him to please come and get me out of here now! And God bless him, he did. He found my room, packed my few belongings, and he wheeled me out front to his car. Away we went --home.
I was so frightened someone would stop us but no one did. Someone did call my daughter when they couldn't find me. Were going to call police. I had no intention of being there for another second.
I'm still upset about the entire episode. Fear is hard to forget.

After reading some of the reviews about Reliant, I was most reluctant to admit my elderly father. Because I was concerned about his care, I spent 3 nights with him, making sure that he was receiving the care that he needed. After being there 24/7 for 3 days, I would say that if you need to be in a rehab facility, this is the place to come! His nurses, therapists, doctors, and staff were top notch. They are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat, encouraging, quick to respond, and caring. My dad, who did not want to be admitted, was overwhelmed with the care that he received. Our experience was first class and I would highly recommend Reliant Rehab.

Wonderful, patient and kind staff. I never doubted their genuine concern for my well being. This includes therapeutic staff, nurses, and housekeepung. Will not forget the goofed ecperience.

This hospital had poor sheets, poor service and worse, they have the most incompetent and unprofessional business staff. They LOST our payment, admitted they were at fault but refused after relocating it in their office to process it again. Incompetent people that lied. I have filed a complaint due to the incompetent financial processes we suffered through with Texas State Attorney General - that is how bad their office staff acted!
